Shirley J. Bader of Sylvania, Ohio died February 11, 2017 at the age of 81. The daughter of Harry and Ida Sack Petler, she was a graduate of Scott High School and lifelong member of Congregation B’nai Israel. Preceding her in death were her husband, Herbert Bader; and brother, Vernon Petler. Surviving are her daughter, Karen (Glen) Hoffmann; son, Michael (Laura) Bader; grandchildren, Jason Bader, Kathryn (Taylor) Malak, Noah Bader, Alexander Bader, Nicholas Bader, Jacob Bader, Joshua Bader; and great-granddaughter, Ava Marie Malak.
