Susan Ann (Revesz) Wittenberg

Susan Ann Wittenberg, age 71, passed away December 26, 2017 at Hospice of NW Ohio in Toledo, She was born in Budapest hungary on June 3, 1946 to Michael and Leonora (Jaslowitz) Revesz. She immigrated with her family to the United States and graduated from the University of Toledo in 1968. Susan married Joseph L. Wittenberg on August 22, 1971. She worked at the Toledo Hospital for 30 years as a Labratory Technologist in the hematology department. Susan was a member of the Congregation Etz Chayim and was a Past President of it's Sisterhood and was recognized there as Woman of the Year. She also was a member of ORT and the Toledo Bar Auxiliary.

Surviving is her husband, Joseph L. Wittenberg and their children, David B. Wittenberg and Lisa B. Wittenberg; grandchildren, Michael A. Wittenberg and Mariah Wittenberg Thomas; brother Steven G. (Sharyn) Revesz and many loving nieces and nephews. 

Services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, Decembber 29, 2017 at the Robert H. Wick/Wisniewski Funeral Home 2426 North Reynolds Rd. (419-535-5840). Interment Eagle Point Cemetery, Rossford, OH. The family will be receiving friends at the Wittenberg residence following services on Friday, on Saturday after 6:30 p.m., through Wednesday January 3, 2018.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Congregation Etz Chayim or Hospice of NW Ohio.
