Yvette Louise (Levy) Levin

Yvette Louise Levin, born on February 26, 1923 in Toledo, died January 10, 2017 in her home. The daughter of Robert and Frances Levy. Preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Samuel. Surviving is her daughter, Barbara (Richard) Luros and son, Michael (Nancy) Levin. Also survived by her sisterin-law, Shirley Levy, wife of deceased brother Philip. Yvette enjoyed her role as wife and mother. She was the mom who brought a portable TV to school so her kids’ classes could watch the early space shots, and who ran the PTA bake sales. She excelled at baking and had several of her recipes published. She enjoyed spending time with her many nephews, nieces and their families. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Robert H. Wick/Wisniewski Funeral Home, 2426 North Reynolds Rd. Interment will follow at Beth Shalom Cemetery, 420 Otter Creek Rd., Oregon, OH.
