Mary Jane (nee Shively) Humphreys, age 76, of Holland, OH, died peacefully on Monday, July 2, 2018 at home. Mary Jane was born in Lakewood, OH, daughter of Lawrence and Jean Shively. Preceding her in death were her parents; her beloved husband, Carl Douglas; brother, Dean Shively and granddaughter, Jessica Humphreys. She is survived by her children, Mark (Laura), Donald (Julie) and Pamela Humphreys; grandchildren, Brooke (Dylan) and Daniel (Hannah) Humphreys and Amanda Wright (Brian); great-granddaughter, Layla Stevic, as well as many friends and relatives. Mary Jane fought the good fight for many years and while we will mourn her leaving us we know she is finally at peace. Family and friends may call on Friday, July 6 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home, 2426 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43615 where services will be held Saturday, July 7 at 10:00am before proceeding to St. Richard's Cemetery in Swanton, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Mary Jane's name to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
