Michael Gene Sams, age 57, a resident of the Anne Grady Center died Thursday October 19, 2017 in St. Luke’s Hospital. Mike was born on May 5, 1960 to Merrill and Shirley (Meyers) Sams in Wauseon, OH. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Sams; brothers, Rusty (Nancy) Sams and Mac Sams; sisters, Shelly Haise and Jodi Cramer; niece, Hannah Haise and nephew, Samuel Haise. He was preceded in death by his father, Merrill and nephew, Dustin M. Sams.Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 24 at 11:30 a.m. at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Wauseon, OH.
