Arthur E. Cheloff

Arthur E. Cheloff, 70, of [Temperance, MI], passed away peacefully on September 17, 2024. Born on January 14, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of Hyman Cheloff and Goldie Podolny.

Arthur was a proud graduate of Ohio University and dedicated his career to Omni Source, where he worked with unmatched loyalty since 1976. His commitment to his work earned him the admiration and respect of both customers and colleagues, who cherished his kind spirit and infectious enthusiasm.

Above all, Arthur was a loving father to his three children: Heather Cheloff, Aaron Cheloff, and Brett (Staci) Cheloff along with three grandchildren. He took great joy in his role as a father and cherished the moments spent with his family.

He is also survived by his two sisters, Ina (James) Tuschman and Alyce (Sam) Gross, ex-wife Jane Cheloff, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Arthur’s warmth, humor, and unwavering loyalty will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Services will be held on Friday September 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Temple Shomer Emunim 6453 W. Sylvania Ave. Sylvania, OH. 43560. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Immediately following services at the cemetery a meal of condolence will be help back at Temple Shomer Emunim where the family will receive guests until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the Temple Shomer Emunim
