Chase Edward Descamps, age 31 years, of Toledo died Sunday July 25, 2021 at St. Vincent/Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Toledo on February 21, 1990 to Margaret "Peggy" and Kirk Descamps. His parents survive as well as his sister Page (Terrance) Allen, nephew Andrew Allen and grandmother Faye Descamps.

Services will be private for the family. Private interment at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio.
