The world is a little less funny today. Dave Perlman, 102, passed away at Sunset House on Valentine's Day feeling the love of family and friends near and far.
He was the owner of Indiana Market and then Provo Meats in the 70's. He was a member of Congregation B'nai Israel, along with the Raggedy A** Cadets, and proud to be named RAC Mensch of the Year.
He was preceded in death by just about everybody including his 2 loving wives, Millie and Lil, to whom he was married a combined 75+ years. Also preceded in death by son, Robert. He is survived by his children, Arvin (Jan), Judy (Bob), Jim (Diane) and Lil's children, Neil and Sandy Greenspoon. He has 12 amazing grandchildren, 19 amazing great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
The family is deeply appreciative for the wonderful care provided by the staff at Sunset House and Ashanti Hospice. He loved his caregivers.
Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday February 16 at 11:00 a.m at Beth Shalom Cemetery Oregon, Ohio.
