Eric W. Cluckey

Eric W. Cluckey, age 35, died Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the Toledo Hospital. He was born on January 31, 1986, in Toledo to Michael and Patricia A. (Johnston) Cluckey. He was a proud graduate of the 2004 class of Central Catholic High School. Eric enjoyed sports and sharing time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael; his maternal grandparents, William and Dorothy Johnston and paternal grandparents, Dorn and Gladys Cluckey.

Surviving is his mother, Patricia A. Cluckey; sister, Shannon Belkofer; brother, Sean (Jyl) Cluckey and his three nephews who he adored, Trent Cluckey, Wesley Belkofer and Jaxon Cluckey. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Per Eric's wishes, no services will be held. Memorial donations are suggested to the Athletic Department or Scholarship Fund at Central Catholic High School.

The family would like to thank the Toledo Hospital E.R. and I.C.U. doctors and nurses for the excellent care they provided Eric.
