Frances Kane Dolgin, 91, passed away peacefully at home on October 9, 2024, surrounded by love and family. She was born on September 4,1933 in Toledo, OH and attended DeVilbiss High School. Frances worked for many years for Toledo Channel 13 (then NBC) and was well known by the business community for her expertise in sales and advertising.
Frances was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She valued family, education, health, and philanthropy. She was a proud, life-long member of Congregation Etz Chayim and avid tennis player. She showed an unwavering commitment to the United States and Israel, supporting many charities including Hadassah, the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces, and the Jewish Federation of Toledo.
She is survived by her daughter, Marci Burch; her granddaughters, Sara (Andy) Meisner and Samantha Burch; great-grandsons, Asher, Levi, and Jonah Meisner; and brother, Leonard (Carol) Kane. Frances was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Betty Roberts; son-in-law, David Burch; aunts, Beth Hascal and Helen Lewis; and uncles, Joe and Marvin Hascal.
