Janet L. (Walker) Katz

On September 2, 2025, Jan Katz passed away at age 87. Daughter of Ruth and George Walker, widow of Arthur Katz, she leaves behind her loving family - Laney (Harold) Becker, Sheila (Scott) Rothstein and Marci (Daniel) Ungar. She was blessed to have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Beth Shalom Cemetery in Oregon, Ohio, with a shiva to follow at Barry Bagels, 4024 North Holland-Sylvania Rd. in Toledo. The family requests that any donations in her memory be made to Congregation B'nai Israel in Sylvania, Ohio.
