Larry Wayne Markwood, 77, born in McComb, Ohio on February 14, 1947 to Sam and Mary (Hill) Markwood passed away on January 12, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Jane Markwood.
He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the University of Toledo.   He started his career at Sun Oil. He loved sales and people and started a career selling pipes, valves and fittings at Wilken’s supply and later at H&S Supply for the major refineries. He retired from (Wilken’s) MRC Global in June of 2020.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bobby, and his beloved son Dean and is survived by sons Dennis Markwood, Brian Wilburn, daughter Erica Kerper (Kenn). Daughter-in-law Theresa Markwood, and sister Marilyn Marchal, Grandchildren Marley and Alida Markwood, Joey, Josh and Harlie Kerper, and Tesla and Mila Wilburn along with many nieces and nephews.
Larry was very active in the Temple and was an avid blood donor with the Red Cross.
Services will be held on Wednesday, January 15 at Temple Shomer Emunim 6453 W Sylvania Ave, Sylvania, OH 43560 at 11:00 AM
