Marc A. Hirschl

Marc A. Hirschl, age 70, passed away on Sunday November 24, 2024 at Hospice of NW Ohio in Toledo. He was born on September 15, 1954 in Toledo to Ruth and Alexander Hirschl. Marc had a larger than life personality and was extremely giving. He had started his working career at the Jeep Corp and subsequently was very successful in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors including Jordan's Place and Secor Lanes. His passions included Harley Davidson motorcycles, classic cars and boating.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father Ned Thomas.
Surviving is his wife, Carolyn (Moen) Hirschl, daughter Diana Stage, granddaughter Autumn Wakowiak, grandson Jake Komisarek, great-granddaughter Meadow Wakowiak, step-daughter Alyssa Thomas, sister Karen (John) Latham and family, step-sister Rachel (Chris) Topel and step-brother Thomas (Gayle) Thomas.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday November 26, 2024 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. in the Robert H. WICK/Wisniewski Funeral Home 2426 North Reynolds Rd. Toledo, OH. 43615 where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
