Mark A. Shoffer

Mark A. Shoffer, age 64, passed away December 31, 2020 at Ebeid Hospice. Born in Toledo, Ohio on July 24, 1956 to Norman and Marilyn (Fingerhut) Shoffer. Mark and his wife Dawn returned to Toledo two years ago from Florida so that Mark could take his dream job at the Toledo Zoo, where he was in charge of food and beverage services. Mark was a huge Detroit Tiger fan.

Surviving is his wife of 45 years, Dawn; and their sons, Matthew (Jenni) and Jay Shoffer; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild also survive; as well as his brothers, Jeff (Kathleen), Scott (Mary) and James (Sally) Shoffer.

Services and interment will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in Beth Shalom Cemetery, Oregon, OH. Memorial donations are suggested ty either the Toledo Zoo or the Chabad House of Greater Toledo.
