Nicholas "Nic" Costa, age 59 years, of the Anne Grady Center died Saturday May 11, 2019. He was born on February 13, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to Nick and Cornetta (DeFranesco) Costa.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 16, 2019 in the Thos. I. Wisniewski Funeral Home 2426 North Reynolds Rd. Toledo, OH. 43615 where friends are invited to visit beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pastor Tom Fraser will officiate.
