Philip Joel Lublin (May 15, 1959 - April 30, 2021), son of Harry L. Lublin and Anne Forman Lublin, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Sunshine Community, Maumee, Ohio. He was the beloved brother of Wendy Lublin Cooley and Jeffery Lublin.
Graveside services will be on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Beth Shalom Cemetery, Oregon, Ohio.
