Roza Kagan was born January 11,1935 in Belarus. She came to Toledo with her husband and her mother in 1996 to join her younger son and his family. She was honored to become a  US citizen. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Roza was a very outgoing person and truly enjoyed people, loved watching her favorite shows and cooked for the family. Her family was everything to her. She loved life and she loved laughing and making people laugh. We will always love her and miss her. She passed away at her home on February 24th, 2025.
