Sean Robert Barron

Sean Robert Barron, age 32, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2022. 

He was born January 13, 1990, in Toledo to Jerry and Debra (Mallow) Barron. 

Sean was a 2008 graduate of Bedford High School, and was honored to have received the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a pipe fitter and later began his welding apprenticeship with UA Local 190. 

On September 11, 2021, Sean married the love of his life, Meghan (Slates),at Little Flower Catholic Church. He was an avid Michigan football fan that loved to cook delicious meals. He enjoyed playing golf, guitar and wood working. He could quote epic movies on the spot and would do anything for his friends and family.

Sean is survived by his wife, Meghan; mother, Debra Barron; mother-in-law, Marie Slates; sisters, Beky (Jeff) Wiles, Amanda (Kelly) Mills, Kristen (Ryan) Nusbaum; sister-in-law, Chelsea Slates; nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Brooklyn, Zak, Zoey, Sadie, Kyle, Shelby; grandmothers, Shirley Barron and Dolores Mallow; and we can't forget his favorite felines, Ellie and Betty. 

Sean was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Barron; grandfathers, Robert Barron, Eugene Mallow. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. in the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home, 2426 North Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Little Flower Catholic Church where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 a.m.
