Shirley (Katzenstein) Simon

Shirley Simon, age 80, died January 4, 2022 at Oakleaf Village. She was born in New York on July 4, 1941 to David and Carla Katzenstein. Shirley worked at the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services from 1991 until 2008.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph and son, Stephen.

Surviving are her daughters, Eleanor (Marty) Sedluk and Rochelle (Barry) Garman, two granddaughters and two grandsons, and her brother, Stanley (Michele) Katzenstein.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Ohio Living Hospice or the ProMedica Hickman Cancer Center at Flower Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at Beth Shalom Cemetery on Thursday, January 6, 2022 beginning at 1:00pm.
