Anne Marie Czubek

Anne Marie Czubek, age 65 of Toledo died January 8, 2017 in the Ebeid Residence Hospice, Sylvania. Born in Toledo, the daughter of Edmund and Mary Chelminiak Czubek, she was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo. Anne Marie was employed in the Histology Department of The Toledo Hospital for 20 years, followed by the city of Toledo as a 911 operator. Preceding her were her parents; sister, Dolores Kanderski; brothers, Daniel and Nor - man Czubek. Surviving are nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, also cousins and special friend Leo Hanke “the best thing to happen to her”. Special thanks to niece Deborah Toth and nephew Norman Czubek and the hospice nurses for their support and care. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, January 16, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Saints Adalbert/Hedwig Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
